Danny Rodriguez - CEO

In 2010 Mr. Rodriguez launched Transcendent Entertainment, bringing his diverse experience in the film industry having distributed over 200 films and financed/packaged/produced over 20 films in the past decade.

In mid 2004, in partnership with Geno Taylor and Wayne Cox, Danny Rodriguez established Polychrome Pictures, which produced and acquired feature films for U.S. distribution. Polychrome Pictures was one of the few independent distributors to have an out-put deal with Warner Bros. Home Video.

Rodriguez has an extensive experience in the burgeoning urban and Latino markets and has produced or co-produced such successful films as The Blues (2003, Sony Red) Hustlas (1999, Maverick Entertainment), as The Blues (2003, Sony Red) and The Devil Inside currently in post-production. In 2009 Mr. Rodriguez along with Transcendent Entertainment Executive produced six comedy specials for SHOWTIME. Recently he has Executive produced “King Of The Avenue”(Ving Rhames, Esai Morales), “Por Vida/For Life” (Danny Glover, Snoop Dogg, Kate Del Castillo), “Hello Herman” (Norman Reedus, Martha Higareda) and “Mooz-lum” (Nia Long, Evan Ross and Danny Glover) which was nominated for a NAACP image award for BEST INDY FEATURE FILM.

Prior to forming Polychrome Pictures, Rodriguez spent two years as an independent broker. He oversaw numerous deals, including selling 10 animated television series produced by BRB International to Sorpresa TV (a new Spanish kids station); and selling 15 films from Diamante Films to Telemundo. He also served as the exclusive U.S. agent for Icon Animation.

In 2002, Rodriguez joined Ground Zero Entertainment to launch its Ground Zero Latino division, of which he served as vice president. In that capacity he was instrumental in strategically growing the Latino market within such major accounts as Blockbuster, Tower, Hollywood Video, Andersons, Ingram and Musicland. He also secured a 20-picture deal for animation programming with BRB International (“Europe’s Disney”); a five-picture deal with Aurum Productions; and a five-picture deal with Patagonik Films (co-owned by Buena Vista).

Rodriguez graduated with a B.A. in film studies from University of California, Santa Barbara, where he was mentored by Tom Pollock, former head of Universal. While in school, he produced his first feature-length film, an urban-genre effort, Misery Loves Company. Although a low-budget film, it sold more than 100 thousand units on home video in 1999.

Wayne Little - Business Development & Legal

Wayne little possesses a unique background combining significant legal experience and extensive business leadership. Mr. Little has worked in various entertainment projects including as an advisor to producers and distributors and has experience in negotiating strategic relationships and contracts.

Mr. Little’s experience includes corporate, litigation, technology, banking and international law and projects. He has served as special counsel to several companies, with an emphasis in the financial and technology markets.

Mr. Little has also served in an executive capacity with a variety of clients. Based upon his extensive experience in the money remittance and the prepaid debit markets, he has been an advisor and counselor to various companies, financial institutions and organizations in those sectors. In 1999, Wayne Little founded and served as CEO of the first verification, certification and high-touch management services for online auction transactions. He was directly responsible for the development of North American and European business and networks, capital acquisition, and relationships with key partners and clients, including many Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Little also has served as a Deputy District Attorney for Los Angeles County, one of the largest prosecutorial offices in the world. He has also interned with the United States Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the United States Justice Department, Office of Special Investigations. Mr. Little has obtained a Bachelors degree in Business Finance and a Jruis Doctor.

Troy Mathis - CFO

Troy Mathis, a native of Pompano Beach, Florida has an extensive background in entertainment and finance. He served as Marketing Manager for the Goodman Theater Company of Chicago, one of the country’s leading theater companies. Prior, he was Vice President of Investments for with Biltmore Securities in Fort Lauderdale,Florida. Where he raised and managed millions of dollars for high net worth individuals. He also served as a Regional Director for Houlihan Smith & Company an International Investment Banking firm based in Chicago, Illinois.

As a hands on President for 9 years at Rah!Rah! Productions a concert promotions company, Mr. Mathis worked with such acts as The Isley Brothers, L.L.Cool J, H-Town, DRS, as well as various other recording artists. He is currently Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Mathis & Morris Productions, Inc., an independent feature film production company in Los Angeles, California.

Mathis & Morris Productions has successfully produced feature films such as "Grad Night" and "Game Day". Mr. Mathis has also served as an Associate Producer on Emmy Winner, Joe Rasullo’s dramatic film "Shattered" as well as Producer on the documentary "Four Square Miles to Glory" which has just completed filming and is currently scheduled for release in early 2012. He has also written or co-written three screenplays that are currently being shopped titled “Amores Secretos”,”Government Cheese” and “Dress 2 Impress”.

He brings a vast knowledge and experience in independent feature film financing and an understanding of tax subsidies,tax credits and equity film funding both domestically and internationally. He has numerous resources for film financing and distribution on a per film or film slate basis.

He is currently co-producing and Executive Producing various other feature film projects and in pre-production on a number of other films set for production.

Along with Uzrad Lew and Pamela Rosenberg, Mr. Mathis has joined forces to produce the feature film entitled “Genesis – 118” in 2011 under the newly formed Uzrad Lew Productions, LLC. Shingle based in Los Angeles,California where he serves as Producer and Chief Financial Officer.
